Returns and Exchanges
Unworn shoes and clothing in brand new condition may be refunded or exchanged for another model/size/color within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping and insurance.
No exchange or refunds for custom made or sale/clearance items.
Due to customs and dues, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of the US.

Returned items must be in 100% brand new condition.
Once shoes or clothes have been worn, the refund/exchange policy is void. The plastic seal on the bottom of the shoes cannot be removed. No substitution or switching of parts is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees, if returned items do not meet the above requirements.
Customers who are returning items are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance.
The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the return shipping process.
